Booking Preferances

In order for clients to book you through our automated calendar booking system, we need to show your up-to-date availability. We recommend creating a 'master calendar' that includes all your life events that would deem you unavailable. Are you willing and able to create this?

Our standard cancellation policy is: 50% refund if cancellation between 24-48 hours and no refund if cancellation within 24 hours.

Client Communication

Are you happy to communicate directly with the clients when booked for their shoot? We'll provide you witha. Bohemia Bay Studio email (e.g., name@bohemiabaystudio.com.au) for professional correspondance.

Studio Expectations & Policies

At Bohemia Bay Studio, we empower clients to act as "owner builders" of their shoots, managing creative direction, models, makeup, and logistics. As a photographer, your role is to execute their vision with your expertise. Below are key expectations.

Role Clarity: 
You are the photographer, not the creative director. Clients hire you based on your portfolio, confident in your ability to bring their creative vision to life. Throughout the shoot, clients should communicate their vision, and you provide guidance and feedback using your knowledge and skill to execute it.

Creative Brief Review
After receiving the client's mood board and creative brief (minimum 72 hours prior), review them carefully. If you believe you cannot meet the client's goal, you have the right to:

1. Communicate this to the client and cancel the booking, or
2. Request an amendment to the brief.

Bohemia Bay Studio will support you in these discussions and assist with communication as required.

Meals and Snacks
For shoots longer than 4 hours, clients are required to provide a mean. The studio provides drinks, but you are responsible for bringing any snacks or food you may need.

Please ensure you've listed any dietary requirements above.

Professional Conduct
Maintain professionalism at all times. Use your Bohemia Bay Studio email for all client communication. You are representing both your own brand and Bohemia Bay Studio when accepting client bookings. Respect client boundaries and studio policies.

By submitting this form, you agree to adhere to Bohemia Bay Studio's policies and expectations as outlined above. You also confirm that the information provided is accurate and can be used for your profile page and booking process.

Once submitted, our team will review your application and be in touch with the next stage of the application process. If successful, we will set up your profile page, and provide your Bohemia Bay Studio email. We'll also set up a time to sync and define your availability with the studio calendar for bookings.
